Assistance with meal preparation and eating when included in the Plan of Care.
Companionship

Tell us what’s happening at home, what challenges you’re experiencing, and what type of assistance may be needed.
02 — Understand Your Needs
We discuss the individual’s needs, preferences, existing coverage or program participation, and applicable care requirements.
03 — Develop or Coordinate the Care Arrangement
Services are coordinated according to the individual’s authorized Plan of Care, preferences, schedule, and applicable program requirements.
04 — Care Begins at Home
The client receives assistance in familiar surroundings while our team remains involved in coordinating the home-care relationship.
